Maize (corn) flour, on the basis of unginned maize grain. It is recommended to use for baking various breads, cakes, pancakes.
You can also make a great porridge, or polenta, made in the Mediterranean countries, from this coarser ground flour. You can also use it as a breading for warm dishes.
