Bay leaf essential oil
INCI: Laurus nobilis
Origin: Turkey
Part used: limpets
Aroma: fresh and light, refined, with a camphor base and a recognizable bay leaf flavor.
Usage:
for face and body care – mix 2-3 drops of essential oil with 10 g of base (for example, carrier oil – almond, grapeseed, etc.)
for hair care – mix 3-5 drops of essential oil with 10-15 g of base (e.g. carrier oil – almond, conditioner, etc.)
Baths – mix 3-4 drops of essential oil with 1 tablespoon of milk, honey, sea or salt, add to a full bath of water. Duration of the procedure is 10-15 minutes.
Essential oils can be vaporized in diffusers or aroma lamps.
Contraindications: do not use in case of individual intolerance, for pregnant women, for children's skin care. Do not use pure oil for skin care. If you have sensitive skin, use with caution.
