High content of proteins, fibers and minerals (magnesium, zinc, phosphorus). Contains vitamin E and folic acid.
This flour can be combined with wheat flour to bake biscuits, butter cookies, cupcakes. Can be used as a thickener for smoothies. The flour will give a pleasant nutty taste. Grinding nut flour yourself is mostly unsuccessful, because due to the high fat content, it quickly curdles.
Storage: Nut flour is perishable, so it should be stored in a dark, cool, dry place.
