100% hazelnut meal obtained after oil extraction. High in protein, fiber and minerals (magnesium, zinc, phosphorus). Contains vitamin E and folic acid.

This flour can be combined with wheat flour to make biscuits, butter biscuits, cakes. Can be used as a thickener for smoothies. The flour will give a pleasant nutty taste.  

Ground nut flour itself is mostly unsuccessful because of its high fat content, which quickly coagulate.

Nut flour is perishable and should be stored in a dark, cool, dry place.
