DESCRIPTION
The yellow seeds of Trigonella foenum-graecum, sometimes called shambal, also called Greek trigonel, or sulfur clove, are bitter. They are baked and added in very small amounts mainly to vegetable dishes and snacks, and are used in Indian spice mixes such as curry or panchem.
Store in a dry, cool place away from strong aromas. After opening, it is recommended to store in an airtight container.
