DESCRIPTION
Mochi is a traditional Japanese pastry made from glutinous rice dough and filled with various ingredients. This pastry is very popular for its sweetness and is available in both savory and sweet versions. Traditionally, mochi was eaten during tea ceremonies with matcha tea.
Ingredients: Maltose, matcha green tea paste 21,8% (beans, maltose, SOYBEAN oil), matcha green tea powder 1,5%, flavoring, glutinous rice flour 12,8%, sugar, matcha powder 6%, potato flour. Preservative: E202, emulsifier: E471, thickener: E415.
