DESCRIPTION
Palo Santo is a mystical tree that grows in South America. In Spanish, the name literally means "Holy Tree".
Palo Santo has cleansing and healing properties. The aroma soothes and activates creativity. It produces pleasant, fresh smoke. It also repels mosquitoes and other flying insects, one of the main uses for humans living in Ecuador and Peru.
Palo Santo is used in healing for colds, flu symptoms, stress, asthma, headaches, anxiety, depression, inflammation, emotional and physical pain.
Palo Santo can be drenched in hot water and drink as a tea to strengthen the immune system and calm the nervous system.
Instructions for use:
Ignite holding at a 45 degree angle with the flame down. Burn for about 30 - 60 seconds and then blow. While smoking, place on a fireproof surface or plug into the ground. A cleared tree can be reused. Always handle the fire carefully!
