Pani Puri is very popular in India, where pani (water) is served with stuffed puri (a round, crispy, fried spicy snack).
Ingredients: white salt, cumin, dried unripe mango, black salt, citric acid (E330), tamarind, mint leaves, dried ginger, yellow chili, black pepper, muskmelon, turmeric, cloves, lemon extract, asafoetida. Mustard can be shrunk.
