Just add milk/vegetable drink and oil/melted butter to the mixture and bake. The mixture uses a blend of superfood flours: buckwheat, quinoa and gluten-free oat flour. Mixture for about 25 pancakes.
Ingredients: buckwheat flour*, quinoa flour*, gluten-free oat flour*, rice protein*, linseed flour*, tapioca starch*, baking powder* (corn starch*, acidity regulator: tartar, disintegrant: sodium bicarbonate), salt. *from organic farming. May contain particles of peanuts, sesame and other nuts.
