Spice mix for making Pav Bhaji. It is a traditional, easy-to-prepare Indian everyday dish - a mixture of vegetables and bread. Variations are possible. 1. Rape well about 350g of various vegetables - potatoes, carrots, cauliflower, green peas and lentils.
