Spice mix for making Pav Bhaji. It is a traditional, easy-to-prepare Indian everyday dish - a mixture of vegetables and bread. Variations are possible. Can be filled with bread with this mixture, can be eaten with toast, etc. This dish is usually eaten by Indians at noon. Mumbai is popular with Pav Bhaji street chefs. They are recognized by the smell of an incomparable aroma.
1. Rape well about 350g of various vegetables - potatoes, carrots, cauliflower, green peas and lentils.
2. Fry 100 g of red onions in goose butter, add 100 g of chopped tomatoes, 15 g of Pav Bhaji measles, a little salt and mix
