DESCRIPTION

Spice mix for making Pav Bhaji. It is a traditional, easy-to-prepare Indian everyday dish - a mixture of vegetables and bread. Variations are possible. You can fill the bread with this mixture, you can eat it with toast, etc. Indians usually eat this food at noon. Mumbai is popular with Pav Bhaji street chefs. They are recognizable by an incomparable aroma.

Ingredients: Coriander, red chili, dehydrated unripe mango, cumin, white salt, dried ginger, fennel, black pepper, black salt, cinnamon, cardamom (amomum), cloves, star anise, nutmeg, dried nutmeg bark. Allergens: May contain mustard.

Nutritional value per 100g: energy value 1182kJ / 282kcal; fat 12.8g, of which saturated fatty acids 1.1g; carbohydrates 52.4g, of which sugars 0g; protein 10.3g; salt 8.4g.

Preparation:
1. Rape well about 350g of various vegetables - potatoes, carrots, cauliflower, green peas and lentils.
2. Fry 100 g of red onions in goose butter, add 100 g of chopped tomatoes, 15 g of Pav Bhaji measles, a little salt and mix
3. Mix everything thoroughly, adding about 1/2 cup of water.

Serve with fresh white bread, toast or fill in bread rolls.
