Spice mix for making Pav Bhaji. It is a traditional, easy-to-cook Indian dish - a mix of vegetables with bread. Variations are possible. 1. Cook well about 350g of different vegetables - potatoes, carrots, cauliflower, green peas and lentils.
2. Gin butter fry 100g red onions, add 100 g chopped tomatoes, 15 g Pav Bhaji measles, a little salt and mix
3. Mix everything thoroughly by adding about 1 / 2 cup of water.
