Pho Bo Noodle Soup Pasta (Vietnamese Style)
You can add vegetables, fish or meat to this soup as you wish. This dish can be served with rice or legumes.
No added MSG (E 621 - Monosodium Glutamate), preservatives or artificial colors.
Ingredients: water, salt, soy sauce (water, soybeans, salt, sugar, wheat flour), sugar, onions, ginger, garlic, hydrolysed soya protein, coriander, yeast extract, star anise, pepper, cinnamon, acidity regulator: E330 (citric acid), E296 (malic acid). Contains: soy and wheat.
Vietnamese Pho (approx. 3 people):
1 pack of Vietnamese Pho Noodle Soup Spice Paste
3 1/2 cups (750 ml) water or vegetables, unsalted beef or chicken breast 1 onion (coarsely chopped).
250g beef, thinly sliced, vegetables or chicken.
150 g dried rice noodles (how to make noodles - read on the noodle packaging, as the cooking time may vary)
1/4 cup (50 g) beans, lightly blanched
Fresh basil leaves, green lime, coriander leaves and chili and other spices of your choice.
