Dry milk is a powder soluble in warm water, obtained by evaporating pasteurized milk, and is used in cooking, medicine, baby food, as well as in milk production, since this product does not lose its value during the evaporation process.
Milk powder is added to various oriental sweets.
Ingredients: Glucose syrup, coconut oil (fully hydrogenated), stabilizers: E340, E452, milk protein, emulsifier: E471, anti-caking agent: E551, dye: E160a. Allergens are highlighted in bold.
