Protein gluten-free chocolate brownie mix BIO without added sugar, with sweetener. Ingredients: date powder, buckwheat flour, sweetener: erythritol (15%). tapioca starch, pea protein 6%, rice protein 6%, peanut flour, cocoa powder 5%, linseed flour, baking powder (corn starch, acidity regulator, tartaric acid, raising agent: sodium bicarbonate), salt. From a niological farm. Contains natural sugars. May contain parts of nuts and sesame seeds. Store in a cool, dry and dark place.

For preparation you need:
50 ml oil or melted butter, 250 ml milk or plant-based milk drink
Preheat the oven to 170°C (fan) or 185–190°C (non-fan).
Prepare a loaf pan (20×24 cm or max. 22×26 cm) by lightly greasing it with oil or lining it with baking paper.
In a bowl, combine the milk, oil, and brownie mix. Mix until smooth.
Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 20-22 minutes at 170 C, until a toothpick inserted in the batter no longer sticks.
Allow the bread to cool in the tin for 15 minutes, then remove and cool completely before slicing.
