DESCRIPTION
Ingredients: Chilli 40%. Lemongrass 20%, Garlic 10%, Salt 9%, Galangal 8%, Shallot 6%, Shrimp Paste (Shrimp. Salt) 3,5%, Kaffir Lime Peel 3%, Cumin Powder 0,5%.

1. Heat a pan and add 1 cup (240 ml) of coconut milk along with the contents of this packet.
2. Add 250g of chopped beef or chicken and fry until cooked. Add 1 cup (240ml) of water and bring to a boil. *For a more flavorful and creamy curry, use water instead of coconut milk or milk*
3. Add some eggplant peas, cherry tomatoes, sweet basil leaves and chili.
4. Add fish sauce to taste. Bring to a boil and remove from heat.
