DESCRIPTION

For centuries, the ayurvedic powder of shatavari plant has been honored for its beneficial effects on the female reproductive system. Translated from Sanskrit as a plant that has "a hundred roots" or "so has a hundred husbands", which reflects the strong and rejuvenating properties of this plant on the female body.

The composition: Shatavari root (Asparagus racemosus)

Effect:

  • normalizes the menstrual cycle
  • reduces the symptoms of premenstrual syndrome;
  • balances the female hormonal system;
  • Reduces unpleasant symptoms of menopause because it contains female sex hormone analogues;
  • nourishes and purifies the female genitals and blood;
  • activates the eggs and increases fertility;
  • increases libido;
  • promotes increased milk secretion;
  • increases and improves semen quality in men;
  • a sedative and emollient for the lungs, stomach, kidneys and genitals;
  • when used externally emollient for stiff joints.

Usage: by ½ - 1 tsp. twice a day before meals with warm water or milk. Taking Shatavari with milk increases its effects. In some cases

(pregnancy, breast-feeding, severe illness) Doses should be consulted for specialist advice.

Spiced milk with shatavari:

1 mug of milk

¼ tsp. turmeric

¼ tsp. cardamom

¼ tsp. cinnamon

5 saffron pollen leaves

½ - 1 tsp shatavari in powder

½ - 1 tsp gi butter

Heat the milk in the saucepan when the first vapors appear, reduce the fire to prevent the milk from boiling, add all the ingredients and mix thoroughly. Natural, unrefined sugar can be added to taste. It is also possible not to add spices to milk but to use it only for drinking powder.

Milk shake with dates and almonds:

1 mug of milk

10-15 Almonds - soaked and peeled

2-5 date, depending on size - stripped of peel and stone

¼ tsp. turmeric

¼ tsp. cardamom

¼ tsp. cinnamon

5 saffron pollen leaves

½ - 1 tsp shatavari in powder

½ - 1 tsp gi butter

Heat the milk in a saucepan until the first vapors appear, add all the other ingredients and blend well with the blender. This will be a great breakfast and invigorating cocktail for the woman's body.
