For centuries, shatavari plant powder has been revered in Ayurveda for its beneficial effects on the female reproductive system. Spiced Milk with Shatavari:

1 mug of milk
¼ tsp. turmeric
¼ tsp. cardamom
¼ tsp. cinnamon
5 saffron pollen leaves
½ - 1 tsp shatavari in powder
½ - 1 tsp gi butter

Heat the milk in the saucepan when the first vapors appear, reduce the fire to prevent the milk from boiling, add all the ingredients and mix thoroughly. Natural, unrefined sugar can be added to taste. It is also possible not to add spices to milk but to use it only for drinking powder.

Milkshake with dates and almonds:

1 mug of milk
10-15 Almonds - soaked and peeled
2-5 date, depending on size - stripped of peel and stone
¼ tsp. turmeric
¼ tsp. cardamom
¼ tsp. cinnamon

½ - 1 tsp. shatavari powder
½ - 1 tsp gi butter
