Sesame oil contains vitamins E and K, phytosterols, as well as omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids.
Use in health prevention.
Oil is very popular in Ayurveda. The main oil for removing negative energy. Sesame oil has a harmonious effect on the skin and the whole body. Prevents so-called "free radical formation." Anti-cellulite and anti-stretching agent.
Medical treatment (auxiliary). For patients with psoriasis and eczema - a good means of washing. Oral use for gastritis.
Use in cosmetics. It nourishes, moisturizes, smoothes and gives elasticity and resilience to the skin. Used for dry, wrinkled, exfoliating skin. Removes dryness, irritation, restores water-lipid barrier. The oil improves blood circulation in the skin capillaries, improves the skin's supply of oxygen and nutrients.
Used externally - for massages, skin, nail and hair care.
Restores hair color, strengthens and nourishes hair roots, prevents baldness.
Sesame oil has UV protection properties (SPF 4-6).
The oil has a warming effect on the skin and is therefore not recommended for people with increased perspiration.
Cooking use. Oil is used in the preparation of greens salad. Roasted sesame oil is used in eastern cooking.
