This herb is often used in Ayurveda for its beneficial effects in supporting the health of the female reproductive system at all stages of life. Shatavari (asparagus) has long been used to support women by helping to alleviate pre- and post-menstrual symptoms. Asparagus root promotes blood circulation, supports the functioning of the nervous and hormonal systems.
Ingredients (4 tablets): Asparagus root extract 4:1 (Asparagus racemosus) 1960 mg, Asparagus root powder (Asparagus racemosus) 200 mg, stabilizer: polyvinylpyrrolidone, emulsifier: sodium salt of cross-linked carboxymethyl cellulose, anti-caking agents: talc, silicon dioxide.
Usage: for adults 2 tablets 2 times a day after meals.
Warnings: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use a nutritional supplement as a substitute for a full and balanced diet. Do not use during pregnancy and lactation, as well as if there is individual intolerance to the components.
