DESCRIPTION
Mustard oil has disinfectant, antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties. This oil can be used in massages to relieve tension in nerves, muscles and ligaments. Weakens muscle cramps that occur at high temperatures. It also opens skin pores, strengthens hair. A massage with mustard oil with a little turmeric is good for dry, problematic skin.
Ingredients: white mustard seed oil (Brassica Alba).
Store in a cool, dry place, away from fragrant materials and direct sunlight.
Use: Pour a small amount of oil into your palm, rub your palms together to warm the oil before massaging your head or body.
