The chocolate pudding mix is unsweetened so you can choose which sweetener to add.
Our recommendation - agave syrup, coconut sugar, erythritol, muscovado sugar, date powder and others.
To make one serving you need (10g): 10g pudding mix (1 tablespoon) liquid of your choice (milk, herbal drink or water) 100ml for firm texture or 150ml for light creamy texture sweetener of your choice (agave syrup, coconut sugar, erythritol, muscovado sugar, date powder and many others).
Preparation method: Pour about 20 ml of liquid into a bowl and add the pudding mix. Stir well until the pudding mix has dissolved into the liquid. Pour the rest of the liquid into the pot and add the required amount of sweetener. Place the pot on a heated stove and stir until the liquid boils and the sweetener dissolves. Reduce heat to low. The dissolved mixture is added to the heated liquid in a thin stream and vigorously stirred until thickened. Pour the finished pudding into a dessert bowl and eat hot or cold. You can also use it to make a homemade cake.
