DESCRIPTION
The Sri Maha Sudarshan Yantra is the primary Yantra of protection next to the Makahali Yantra. Sudarshan refers to Lord Vishnu's disk, made of pure sun flame, a weapon that repels and punishes evil. It is a dynamic yantra whose explanation symbolizes a rotating wheel with a sacred flame that holds all negativity, sickness and failure. In the very content of the yantra, the sacred "were" mantras or their initial syllables, which ensure the effectiveness of the yantra as a protective mascot. In worshiping this yantra, the worshiper imagines himself as being at the center of this sacred circle of the sun, feeling safe and protected from all the evil and adversity that could befall him.
