DESCRIPTION
The pearls are made from tapioca starch, which is obtained from the root of cassava (Manihot esculenta). Tapioca starch has mild flavor characteristics and forms a clear, creamy and homogeneous texture. Tapioca starch has good water binding abilities, excellent stability at high and low temperatures. Does not contain protein and gluten. Application: sauces, desserts, ketchup, confectionery, dairy products.

Method of preparation: pour the pearls into boiling water and reduce the heat; stir for 15-20 minutes until the pearls remain clear, then rinse with cold water and drain.
