DESCRIPTION
Indian bay leaves (also known as Tej Patta). They improve the taste of many dishes. Flavored soups, sauces, stewed and cooked vegetables. When the bay leaves are cooked for a long time, a bitter taste occurs, so add them to the food only at the end of cooking (about 10 minutes before the meal is ready).
Recommended for VATA and KAPHA constitutional type.
