Ingredients 1 tablespoon (3,8 g): Bilberry vasa (Vaccinium myrtillius) 0,608 g, evening primrose (Alchemilla vulgaris) 0,456 g, lingonberry leaves (Vaccinium vitis-idaea) 0,38 g, blackcurrant leaves (Ribes nigrum) 0,38 g , seedless white bean fruits (Phaseolus vulgaris) 0.38 g horse chestnut (Equisetum arvense) 0,38 g. dandelion roots (Taraxacum officinale) 0,38 g, nettle leaves (Urtica dioica) 0,304 g. alante roots (Inula helenium) 0,304 g. mint leaves (Mentha piperita) 0,228 g.

Preparation and use: 1 tablespoon (3,8 g) of the mixture is poured with a glass of boiling water, boiled on a low heat for 5 minutes, allowed to infuse for 20 minutes, drained. Tea is taken orally 2 times a day for ½ glass before meals.
