DESCRIPTION
Guduchi tea for digestion, appetite and immunity.
Ingredients: Green cardamom (elettaria cardamomum), licorice (glycyrrhiza glabra), guduchi (tinospora cordifolia), lemongrass (cymbopogon citratus).
Preparation: for making one cup, about 2g of tea per 250ml of water. Pour boiling water over the tea and let it steep for approx. 10 minutes. For a more intense taste: add tea to boiling water and boil for about 3-5 minutes.
