DESCRIPTION
JATAMANSI loose tea (for relaxation).
Ingredients: centella asiatica, glycyrrhiza glabra, tinospora cordifolia, withania somnifera, zingiber officinale, pueraria lobata, nardostachys jatamansi, asparagus racemosus, valeriana officinalis.
Preparation: for making one cup, 2g tea per 250ml water. Pour the tea with boiling water and let it soak for approx. 10 minutes. For a more intense flavor: add tea to boiling water and boil for approx. 3-5 minutes.
