DESCRIPTION
KALAMEGHA tea - For liver and gallbladder health.
Ingredients: kalamegha (andrographis paniculata), turmeric (curcuma longa), arjuna (terminalia arjuna), guduchi (tinospora cordifolia), vibhitaki (terminalia bellirica), piper longum, licorice (glycyrrhiza glabra), amalaki (phyllanthus emblica).
Preparation: for making one cup, about 2g of tea per 250ml of water. Pour boiling water over the tea and let it steep for approx. 10 minutes. For a more intense taste: add tea to boiling water and boil for approx. 3-5 minutes.
