Ingredients: Tulsi, Gokshura, Gotu Kola, Pippali, Ginger, Black Pepper, Cloves, Cinnamon, Cumin, Arjuna, Cardamom.
For a more intense taste (we recommend): add tea (250g) to 2ml of boiling water and boil for approx. 3-5 minutes.
Preparation: to make one cup, about 2g (one teaspoon) of tea per 250ml of water. Pour boiling water over the tea and let it steep for approx. 10 minutes. We recommend adding honey as a sweetener.
