Tea for high blood pressure
The herbs in tea have a beneficial effect on cardiovascular health, increase the elasticity of blood vessel and capillary walls and help normalize blood pressure.
Composition of 1 tablespoon (3,0 g): field mustard leaves, mother leaves, hawthorn flowers, blackcurrant leaves, lemon balm leaves, amolin leaves, red clover flowers, white mistletoe leaves, wild rose fruit, horse chestnut flowers.
Usage: Pour 1 tablespoon (3,0 g) of the mixture into a glass of boiling water, allow to infuse for 20 minutes, strain. Take tea orally 2 times a day in a pirms glass before meals. Course: 15 days.
