Anti-stress and balance.
Ingredients: Coriander, Fennel, Cumin, Amalaki, Gothic-Cola, Licorice, Lemongrass, Shavari, Wild Peppermint.
For a more intense taste (we recommend): add boiling water 250ml tea (2g) and boil approx. 3-5 minutes.
Preparation: For making one cup, measure 2g (one teaspoon) of tea per 250ml water. Pour the tea with boiling water and let it soak for approx. 10 minutes. We recommend adding honey as a sweetener.
