Berama tea SARPAGANDHA - Balancing high blood pressure, for calming the nervous system, positively affects the functions of the cardiovascular system.
Ingredients: Jatamansi, gotu kola, lemongrass.
For a more intense taste (recommended): add tea to boiling water and boil for approx. 3-5 minutes.
Preparation: for the preparation of one cup, 2g of tea per 250ml of water. Sprinkle the tea with boiling water and let it flow for approx. 10 minutes. We recommend adding honey as a sweetener.
Recommended dose: 2 - 3 cups per day.
