Berama tea SHATAWARI, 100g
Ingredients: tulsi, shatavari, brahmi, ashwanda, licorice, haritaki, bibhitaki, kalamegha, chitraks.
For a more intense taste (we recommend): add boiling water 250ml tea (2g) and boil approx. 3-5 minutes.
Preparation: for making one cup, 2g (one teaspoon) of tea per 250ml of water. Pour the tea with boiling water and let it soak for approx. 10 minutes.
