Beram tea TRIPHALA
For digestive tract and detoxification.
Ingredients: Amla, Haritaki, Vibhitaki, Guduchi, Licorice, Haldi, Lemongrass, Ashwagandha.
For a more intense taste (recommended): add tea to boiling water and boil for approx. 3-5 minutes.
Preparation: for the preparation of one cup, 2g of tea per 250ml of water. Sprinkle the tea with boiling water and let it flow for approx. 10 minutes. We recommend adding honey as a sweetener.
