DESCRIPTION
Tempura dough mixture.
Tempura (approx. 4-6 people):
- 1 pack Tempura mixture
- 240 ml of ice cold water
- Oil for frying / frying
Cooking Instructions:
- Pour the dough mixture into a deep bowl.
- Gradually mix in water until thoroughly mixed.
- Preheat the oil to 170-180C.
Then dip your food of choice into the mixed Tempura batter and then deep fry or deep fry in hot oil until golden brown. Serve immediately.
Cooking tips: For a thinner batter, add more water based on consistency. You can use with seafood (fish, shrimp, squid, crab), chicken, vegetables (carrots, eggplant / egg plants, mushrooms, zucchini and other vegetables), bananas.
Ingredients: tapioca starch, wheat flour (contains soya), modified tapioca starch, disintegrant: E450, E500, salt, flavor enhancer: E621.
Protect from direct sunlight and store in a cool dry place. After opening, use the entire sachet.
