DESCRIPTION
Tempura mixture with garlic and pepper.
Ingredients: wheat flour, rice flour, tapioca starch, modified tapioca starch, dried garlic and pepper (garlic, pepper, garlic flavor, salt), corn starch, baking powder, salt, monosodium glutamate. Contains: wheat, corn.
Cooking tips:
For a thinner batter, add 1 - 1/1 cup (295 - 330 ml) water (more water depending on consistency).
You can use with seafood (fish, shrimp, squid, crab), chicken, vegetables (carrots, eggplant / egg plants, mushrooms, zucchini and other vegetables).
Nutritional value per 100g: energy value 1423kJ/340kcal; fat 0,6g (of which saturated fat 0,2g); carbohydrates 74g (of which sugar 3,4); protein 10g; salt 4,0g.
Storage: Protect from direct sunlight and store in a cool, dry place. Use the entire packet after opening.
Tempura (approx. 4-6 people):
1 pack Tempura mixture
1 - 1 ¼ cups (220 - 275 ml) ice water
1 egg yolk
Vegetable oil for frying
Cooking Instructions:
1. Pour the dough mixture into a deep bowl
2. Gradually mix in water until thoroughly mixed. Add the egg yolk and mix quickly.
3. Heat the oil to 180-190C. Then dip your food of choice into the mixed Tempura batter and then deep fry or fry in heated oil until golden brown. Serve immediately.
