Dingshas (ding-shas, cymbals) are used as a musical accompaniment to spiritual practices, such as during meditation practice, at regular intervals to maintain concentration. The vibrating tone instantly resonates in the human heart. The goal is to remember who we are and realize our priorities in this often turbulent and illusory world. Sounding tingshas in all four corners of the room is a great way to clear the energy in the environment. They bring us here and now. Tingshas are made of 7 different metal alloys.
