DESCRIPTION
Tom Ka is a curry usually made with chicken and mushrooms. This delightful creamy soup is harmonized by the aroma of coconut milk, galangal root, lime leaves and lemongrass.
In addition to chicken and mushrooms, some people also add various vegetables such as carrots, peppers, tomatoes, etc.
Ingredients: salt, galangal, lemongrass, sugar, fully hydrolyzed palm kernel oil, flavor enhancer: E621 (monosodium glutamate), kaffir lime peel, shallot, coriander root, chili, acidity regulator: E330 (citric acid).
