Balerica terminalia fruit helps maintain upper respiratory tract health. The fruit skin of the terminalia sage and the fruit peel of the medicinal emblica help to maintain the body's natural defenses.
Ingredients in 1 capsule: Medicinal emblica (Phyllanthus emblica), Amalaki - 160mg; Terminalia belerica, Vibhitaki - 160mg; Terminalia chebula (Terminalia chebula), Haritaki - 160mg. Capsule - vegetable cellulose.
Recommended daily dose and use: 3-4 capsules with a glass of warm milk or water before going to bed, or in the morning with warm water.
