Tulsi's effects on the body are comprehensive, but often subtle. As a balm for body, mind and soul, its properties have been used in India for over 5000 years.
Brahmi is a classic Ayurvedic herb for energetic, mental and emotional balance.
Usage: 1 teaspoon pour 120 ml of boiling water, mix. Leave for 3-5 minutes, strain and serve. Can be sweetened. Double strength when drunk chilled. It is best to drink without milk.
