DESCRIPTION
Pronounced round, wide and creamy white, delicate noodles. They have a mild flavor but a distinctly slippery texture. They are popular in Korean and Japanese cuisine, where they are served with various sauces, in soups, salads, etc., replacing ordinary noodles.
Ingredients: wheat flour 99%, salt.
Preparation: Boil in hot water for about 4 minutes. You can add stewed, steamed vegetables, various spices, coconut milk.
