DESCRIPTION
Vindaloo Paste is an Indian spice paste for a typical Indian vindaloo curry.
Originally a spicy curry dish from Goa, vindaloo is a mix of Portuguese and Indian cooking traditions - Indian spices and all things Portuguese with lots of garlic and pork. Accordingly, it is often prepared with pork, but also with chicken.
It's very easy to prepare: just add to the meat and vegetables, fry briefly, then add a little water or coconut milk, simmer until everything is done. That's it.
