Sit with your legs crossed with your back straight. Place your hands on your knees. Put your thumb and index finger together as if to form a circle. Other fingers straight. Eyes open and look at one point. Inhale through your nose for 5 seconds. Hold your breath for 10 seconds and then exhale through your nose for 5 seconds. Continue for 3 - 11 minutes. Focus on inhalation and exhalation.

Usage: For a perfect infusion, pour 300ml freshly boiled water into a tea bag. Allow to infuse for 7 minutes or longer for a stronger flavor. Gently squeeze the tea bag to release the active ingredients completely into the water.
