The history of clay begins in the silicon-aluminum rocks from which it is extracted and naturally dried in the sun. It is very rich in minerals. Then rinse with warm water. Herbal tea or hydrolates can be used instead of water. You can add cucumber juice, honey or lemon juice to the mask.
Such a mask is especially useful for oily and acne-prone skin. The mask can be enriched with 4-7 drops of base or 1-2 drops of essential oil. It is useful to mix green clay with rosehip or argan oil for mature skin, and black cumin or kiwi seed oil for oily and acne-prone skin.
Anti-cellulite treatment 3-4 teaspoons. mix teaspoons of clay with water and apply to problem areas, wrapped in foil and towel. Leave the mask on the body for about 40 minutes.
Pour half a cup of clay into a warm water bath. Immerse your body in a bath for about 20 minutes. When you have finished, wash the clay from the body under running water.
Hair mask. The clay is mixed with water until a hard paste is obtained. Apply the paste to your hair and scalp and massage well for a few minutes. Then rinse your hair with water.
