Breath Deep tea is a traditional Ayurvedic herbal blend of eucalyptus, Inula helenium, basil, ginger, licorice root, etc.

Joga: To open the lungs. Stand straight with your feet slightly apart. Inhale as you raise your arms above your head and lean back. Exhale as you bend forward. This pose is called Uttanasana. Continue this relaxed pose for 1-3 minutes. At the end, stand up straight and relax your arms at your sides, take a few deep breaths and relax.
