Extraction method: lemon essential oil is extracted by cold pressing from the rind of the real lemon tree, Citrus limonum.

Smell: fresh, light, citrus, lemon peel, green, slightly bitter.

Use :

• For skin and hair care - mix 3-6 drops of essential oil with 10-15 g of base oil (e.g. base oil - almond, grape seed, etc.) 
• For massage - mix 5-10 drops of lemon essential oil with 1-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil (almond, jojoba).
• For bath - mix 5-8 drops of essential oil with 1 tablespoon of milk, honey, sea or table salt, add water to a full bath. The duration of the procedure is 10-15 minutes.
• Essential oils can be vaporized in a vaporizer or aroma lamps.

Contraindications : do not use in case of individual intolerance. Do not use pure oil (max 0,4%) for skin care, do not apply on the skin before going out in the sun. Before using essential oils, it is necessary to check whether the inhaled or applied oil will not cause an individual allergic reaction!
