DELIVERY

You can choose the delivery method of the order in the shopping cart.

1. Omniva or DPD parcel machine
2. Courier service with delivery to your doorstep
3. Pick up your order at our store RUDRA, Skolas Street 31-2, Riga.

Terms of delivery of goods from the payment of the order (delivery takes place on working days and during working hours):

  • In Latvia by Courier Service - within about 3 working days.
  • To the package - in about 3 working days.
  • In Lithuania and Estonia - within about 5 working days.

Delivery may be delayed depending on the courier's workload.

  • Other countries as agreed.
  • You will be able to pick up your order in the RUDRA store after receiving the order confirmation email.

It is possible to receive yoga mats that are no longer than 64 cm through the DPD Parcomat. The maximum allowable package size for DPD parcel machines is 36 x 43 x 61 cm.

Yoga mats up to 64 cm can be obtained through the Omniva parcel machine. The maximum size of Omniva parcel machines is 39 x 38 x 64 cm.

2. Via Courier Service you will receive the order at the specified address after receiving a call from the courier in advance.

Courier service costs in the territory of Latvia (up to 30kg with a package size of 0,12m3): 7.50 euros including VAT.

If the weight and package dimensions are larger, we will inform you separately about the courier delivery price.

3. You can pick up orders in the store RUDRA weekdays from 11:00-19:00 (lunch break from 15:00-15:30), Saturday from 11:00-15:00 without delivery costs.

Important information!


With the onset of cold weather conditions (temperatures below "0" degrees), the delivery of liquids is not suitable for parcel machines.
We recommend that you receive:
○ Free of charge in the store, Skolas Street 31, Riga.
○ By paying the courier to the address you specified.
The RUDRA store does not assume responsibility for improperly stored products if delivery by parcel machine is selected.

If the volume of the order is larger than the largest size of the package, we will inform you about additional costs.

Attention! For security reasons, we do not ship crystal bowls to parcel machines. Thank you for your understanding!

 

RETURN

The right of withdrawal can be exercised within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, based on consumer law.
The product must be returned to the physical store at the following address:
Skolas Street 31, Riga
When returning an item, please:
1. Keep the original packaging (if possible),
2. Attach a proof of purchase (invoice, receipt, etc.),
3. Ensure that the item has not been used, damaged or lost its original appearance (it must be in the condition in which it was received).
The costs of returning the product (transportation to the store) are covered by the buyer, unless the product was defective or received in error.
The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned item and verifying its condition. The refund will be made to the same bank account from which the payment was made.
Exceptions:
The right of return cannot be exercised for goods that:
 Are made to order or adapted to the buyer's needs;
 Perishable or has a short shelf life;
 Cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons (if packaging is opened).
