The set includes 33 letter cards of the Latvian alphabet with a word chosen according to the letter for yoga poses and 3 time cards, as well as ideas for 8 different games. You will find instructions for performing yoga poses under the QR code in the game description.
The yoga poses found in the game have been carefully selected and chosen by the game's author, Elina Senkova, based on the yoga teacher's many years of experience, as well as taking into account the physical, mental and emotional characteristics and needs of children.
