Cold pressed Amaranth seed oil is a high quality natural oil produced from a mixture of sunflower seeds and amaranth seeds. The proportion of amaranth seeds in the mixture shall not be less than 80%.

Amaranth was introduced into Europe by 16. century. Significantly, the word "amaranth" - in Greek amaranth - means an eternal flower that never dies, and symbolizes immortality. Nowadays, biologists call amaranth quite eloquent, both as a "protein storehouse", as "the discovery of the century" and as "today's and future culture"

The composition: Linoleic acid (46-50%), oleic acid (22-26%), palmitic acid (17-20%), squalene, iron, calcium, vitamin E.

Oil to 16% protein (of which more than 30% are essential amino acids) to 15% fat (50% of which is polyunsaturated Omega-6)

Oil has a very high content of vitamins (Е, А, B1, B2, B4 (choline), С, D), macro and microelements (iron, potassium, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, copper and others) necessary for the human body, as well as other biologically active substances that determine the diverse healing properties of this oil. 

The greatest value of oil is its unique ingredient - squalene.
