Withania somnifera improves physical and mental relaxation. It provides relief from mental stress and nerve suffering during. It supports the body's vitality in cases of weakness, fatigue and exhaustion.
Ingredients: valeriana officinalis, withania somnifera, centella asiatica, emblica officinalis, asparagus racemosus
Preparation: Saute one teaspoon of the herb mixture (approx. 2g) with 250 ml of water on low heat for 3-5 minutes or aplejiet with 250 ml of boiling water and allow to infuse for 10 minutes.
