DESCRIPTION
Nimi Ayurveda Ashwagandha Thailam Ayurvedic Massage Oil has a high herbal content. It can be used for daily massage. Also known as Indian ginseng, Ashwagandha is particularly known for its rejuvenating effect. Massage with Ashwagandha oil is said to strengthen, invigorate and increase endurance.
Ashwagandha Thailam is especially recommended for high Vata dominance (Vata reduction).
Advice: Ashwagandha massage oil does not contain emulsifiers and therefore can harden under temperature. For optimal use, please heat to 36-40°C in a warm water bath. Shake the bottle well before use.
After applying the massage, leave it on for at least 30 minutes or overnight (before bathing or showering).
