DESCRIPTION
- Spring honey is harvested from May to mid-June. Very gentle. Children like it. Does not change the taste of the tea, but sweetens it.
- Summer flower honey turned out to be especially dark, because there is exudation of the leaves, which gives a stronger taste, and also contains more minerals.
- Forest flower honey has been collected in Zvārde forest. The bees are there about 3 km deep in the forest, collecting nectar from plants that give the honey a special taste. Harvested in early July (this is not heather honey).
